Carl Holmes is a qualified Industrial Electrician with past experiences ranging from Steel Fabrication Plants in Europe to building Oil Platforms for the North Sea.

Carl has also worked in the security industry for a number of years as a CCTV and Access Control Specialist for ADT Europe.

Carl holds a CCTA qualification in Technical Project Management and has been a Telecommunication specialist since 1997.
He was also a Sales Engineer and State Manager for ADC KRONE Australia and a BICSI Co-Ordinater for Western Australia.

The Telecommunications industry in Australia is one that Carl is proud to be part of and which he believes has the highest standard of workmanship and one of the best Regulatory Environments to maintain that level of workmanship and professionalism.

Carl is ACMA Registered and holds all relevant endorsements he also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Workplace Assessment. He is a registered TITAB assessor and has been an instructor since 1994.

He has registered Installation and Design Qualifications from a number of prestigious Telecommunication Solution providers including ADC KRONE, SYSTIMAX, ORTRONICS, 3 COM and the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Carl is also an accomplished Technical writer having written the Telecommunication Training manuals now adopted by TAFE WA, TAFE SA and also used by the JB Hunter group as their standard resource for Open Registration and Structured Cabling.

He also heads up an industry Group writing the Security and CCTV training material for the next generation of Installers.

As the gap between the Security, Fire and Data industries narrows due to IP Convergence, Carl's technical expertise in each discipline is being utilised to create the training materials and courses to help eventually bridge that gap.

Adrian Francis has a long investigations career in both law enforcement and private investigations. Extensive experience in specialist covert electronic and physical surveillance operations coupled with many years working as both a criminal and private investigator has given Adrian the background knowledge and hands on experience to ensure that students receive only the most up to date and professional training available.

Brad Knox has been a member of the Integracom team since its inception. As an investigations, training and auditing company it was essential that Integracom utilise the latest network security policies. For this reason we use our own in house IT team and do not outsource.

Colin Ellison is employed at Integracom as Security Operations Manager responsible for the development and delivery of security courses.

Colin has 15 years experience in the Military and security industry. He has been employed in a number of roles including manager of security teams at the Royal Palaces in London and a qualified counter terrorist instructor at a training establishment in the UK.

Colin has worked throughout the world in both training and operational environments and uses his experience to ensure that students receive professional and current training that exceeds the requirements.

Marie Holmes has been a member of the Integracom team since its inception. Marie has worked in the security industry for over 14 years in a financial capacity.

Due to the sensitive nature of our work and the confidentiality expected by our clients it is important that all financial information gets a security priority.

Mike Stothers is a specialist in technical project management in relation to installation and implementation. Mike has previously been engaged in large scale telecommunications roll-outs and focuses heavily on customer requirements and project delivery schedules.

Ian Scott has been part of the Integracom team since 2003. He comes from a strong Telecommunications background one of which was Telstra where he was a Senior Technical Officer. Ian speciality is in the resource sector and has worked in such areas as Fuji, Indonesia and Papa New Guinea as a specialist Telecommunications instructor and consultant. Ian is also an Alcatel recognised instructor for PABX training.

Amy Neale has been a member of the Integracom team since 2007. Amy works closely with the company directors to ensure that all administration and assessments are in line with the national competency requirements. Amy is the first line of contact for all course enquiries.

Tessa Payne has been a member of the Integracom team since 2007. Tessa has worked previously in the hospitality industry and monitors all aspects of your visit to Integracom ensuring that your time with us is handled in a professional and timely manner. Tessa is the first line of contact for all Venue Hire enquiries.

Michael Haidinger is our media manager, looking after, amongst other, all our website development and maintenance.

Michael has 35 years experience running businesses in the area of claims processing, marketing and web development..
